Community Rules

These rules apply to registered users, guests, Club members, organizers, and moderators.
1. Eligibility
SophiesPick’s initial beta is intended only for players in the United States. Participate only if you are at least 18, legally an adult where you live, and permitted to use the service under applicable law.
2. Keep it free to play
Virtual chips have no monetary value. Do not buy or sell chips or accounts, collect stakes, offer game-related prizes, or settle results using cash, payment applications, cryptocurrency, or anything else of value.
3. Play fairly
Do not cheat, collude, share private live-hand information, manipulate ratings, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized bots or real-time assistance.
Do not use multiple accounts or guest identities to gain an advantage, occupy competing seats, manipulate results, or evade restrictions.
Report suspected bugs privately rather than exploiting them.
4. Respect other people
No harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, scams, or publication of someone’s private information.
Disagreement about a hand or moderation decision does not justify targeting another person.
5. Share appropriate content
Upload only content you have permission to share. Do not post unlawful material, sexually explicit content, exploitative content involving minors, malicious files, or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Do not use Club names, images, or posts to promote prohibited wagering.
6. Organize responsibly
Organizers must apply clear rules consistently and use their permissions fairly. Do not use membership, moderation, invitations, or event controls to harass, deceive, or retaliate against others.
Protect information available through your role. Club rules cannot override SophiesPick’s Terms or these rules.
7. Report concerns
Use available reporting tools or email support@sophiespick.com. Include the relevant Club or player name, approximate time, and a brief description.
Keep credentials and unnecessary personal information out of reports. Do not publicly accuse or retaliate against someone who reports a concern.
8. Moderation and beta operation
We may remove content, correct manipulated results, restrict participation, or suspend or terminate access. We do not guarantee detection of every violation.
You may request review by emailing support. During beta, features, records, chips, and ratings may change or reset as described in the Terms of Service.
